Kaima Parotta
Ingredients
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Kaima (minced meat) - 1/4 kilo
Green chilli - 2
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
Kaima (minced meat) - 1/4 kilo

Method
1. Cut onion, green chilli finely.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
3. Add onion, green chilli and fry for a few minutes.
4. Add kaima, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, fry for some time.
5. Add water, cover with the lid and cook till it whistles twice.
6. Mix kaima with wheat flour and knead to a dough.
7. Heat a flat frying pan.
8. Take small portions of dough, roll into a circle and cook on both sides.
